Rebecca Bligh

"Everybody laughs the same in every language because laughter is a universal connection."

I feel very fortunate that after taking the time to nurture and raise my four beautiful children that I have re-entered the workforce into an organisation that is not only committed to excellence but one that also promotes laughter.

I believe that as a person if I enjoy what I do and have fun doing it I will be successful both personally and professionally.

I believe that laughter enhances teamwork and provides a sense of commonality. It is a way of life or a philosophy. It is a way of looking at the bright side, reducing stress and it gives you a more balanced perspective on the world around us.
