Sean O’Kane founded Medical Financial Group in 2008 with Matt Connor and is now one of the Financial Planning Partners. Originally from the UK he worked as a Financial Planner for 9 years with extensive experience in the medical market. Sean previously worked for KPMG Consulting where he spent time in business process design for some big financial institutions.

Sean is an Hons Degree Business Studies graduate, as well as a qualified Financial Planner. 

Neal Durling is a Financial Planning Partner at Medical Financial Group with 20 years wealth management experience in the UK and Australia. Neal's previous roles include Head of Wealth Management Distribution for an Australian bank and Practice Development Manager providing business and strategy advice to financial planning business owners.

Neal holds an Hons degree from the London Business School majoring in Corporate strategy, a Certificate in Financial Planning, Diploma of Financial Services and is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services.

Matt Connor is the Principle of Medical Tax & Accounting, is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with more than 10 years experience gained throughout Australia.

Matt has worked in both small and large firms gaining extensive experience in tax, accounting and business advisory services.
